As a Strategy Specialist, you will help shape the bank-wide strategy and communicate the strategic agenda clearly to stakeholders. You will be the bridge between long-term strategy and OKRs, helping drive alignment across the organisation. You will support key initiatives and projects directed by the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff, and prepare high-quality materials for Board and other key meetings. You will also support investor-related activities, work with the communications team on major media events, and act as a prominent advocate for the bank's culture.
