Responsible for designing, executing and delivering environmental initiatives across the company's data centre portfolio. Leads onsite project management and operations teams, drives the general contractor's green progress, and handles day-to-day client interactions. Duties include creating sustainability roadmaps, improving Power Usage Effectiveness, sourcing clean energy, tracking carbon emissions, reducing water and waste, and maintaining certifications such as LEED, BREEAM or Green Mark. Also prepares sustainability disclosures and ensures compliance with local energy and greenhouse gas regulations. The role requires close coordination with engineers, operations and corporate stakeholders to meet global green standards.
