When
You will conduct daily inspections of front-of-house areas and back-of-house critical systems to keep all equipment operationally ready. You will respond promptly to breakdowns and resolve issues with ACMV, electrical, generator, fire protection, plumbing and sanitary systems, minimising disruption to guests, staff and animal collections. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for defect rectification and maintenance works. You will also supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programmes, maintain asset records, monitor utilities consumption, manage inventory and ensure safe working conditions.
