Technician, Facilities Management - Night Safari

About the role

Manage day-to-day facilities management operations at Night Safari. Maintain plant equipment, electrical distribution boards and switchgear rooms, and carry out routine inspections and adjustments of M&E equipment and lighting controls. Handle installation works such as lightings and power points, and supervise contractors to ensure maintenance is done to specifications and on schedule. Monitor utilities consumption and review operations to reduce energy costs for air-conditioning and electrical systems. Respond to internal stakeholders' needs and feedback.

Requirements

• NTC3/Nitec in electrical engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Able to read electrical wiring, control diagrams and drawings
• Able to troubleshoot electrical faults and systems
• Basic knowledge in air-conditioning including troubleshooting
• Comfortable working night shifts on a roster basis
