About the role

You will lead the foreign exchange operation at Changi Airport, supporting teams to drive walk-up sales and ATM revenue. You will work with other leaders to improve customer service levels and support people management, including coaching, rostering, leave management, recruitment and performance management. You will also manage inventory and margins, support product launches and promotions, and ensure operations follow standard procedures, audit, risk, health and safety, and security requirements. Building positive relationships with landlords and airport stakeholders is part of the role.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in financial services, preferably foreign exchange or retail
At least 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and financial acumen
Ability to uphold compliance with policies and regulations
