Lead the Treasury function, covering funding and liquidity strategy, balance sheet management, and treasury operations. Drive ALCO/ALM policies, interest rate risk, capital risk, and balance sheet optimisation to support profitability and risk appetite. Ensure compliance with MAS regulatory frameworks and internal limits, including LCR, NSFR, ILAA, Basel 4, and BCBS239. Oversee treasury systems, process automation, regulatory reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement with Finance, Product, Growth, and Technology teams. Advise senior management on optimal balance sheet shape, liquidity gaps, and interest rate risks.
