Warehouse Associate [FLO FLC]

About the role

You will liaise with customers and the operations team on order fulfilment, inventory and shipment activities. You will coordinate urgent order fulfilment with customers, operations and transporters, and help resolve operational issues. You will also generate KPIs and transactional reports, verify vendor invoices, monitor warehouse supplies and raise purchase orders for replenishment. You must keep system transactions accurate and up to date, and follow company policies and procedures. Other duties may be assigned by your manager from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant logistics experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Warehouse Management System (WMS) / Exceed System
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, pressured environment
• Positive attitude and good team player
