Report any maintenance or repair issues to Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department. Respond to guest requests and communicate with guests in a friendly manner. Anticipate guest needs, acknowledge all guests promptly, and maintain positive guest relations to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience
Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills
Willing to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, overnight, and public holidays
