About the role
Join the team at Tengah General and Community Hospital, part of the National University Health System, as a Principal Audiologist. You will help shape audiology services for a new health campus in Tengah Evergreen Town and support patients across a range of clinical settings. This role suits an experienced audiologist who enjoys mentoring others and working with different stakeholders.
What you'll do
Help plan audiology services, including space, design, workflow and manpower
Work with clinical, allied health, operational and administrative colleagues on service planning
Mentor and coach junior staff to support their career growth
Assess and manage referred patients independently and carry out treatment plans
Perform at least one specialised audiology service independently, such as paediatric audiology, electrophysiological assessment, ear implant management, vestibular assessment, or basic tinnitus assessment and management
Keep accurate audiology records of patient assessments
Build strategic links with healthcare practitioners across NUHS
Follow clinical and service standards
Help with administrative duties as assigned

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Audiology (Honours)
Registration or certification as an audiologist is preferred
At least 8 years of relevant experience preferred, ideally in a medical institution or hospital
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve problems quickly
Able to prioritise work, stay organised and multi-task
Strong analytical, communication, written and presentation skills
