About the role
This role sits within the Polyclinic Management Team, working alongside the Clinic Manager and a range of stakeholders to keep daily polyclinic operations running smoothly. You will help plan and coordinate services, manage resources and manpower, and support a good patient experience while keeping delivery efficient and cost-effective. It suits people who thrive in a busy setting, enjoy untangling operational problems, and want to contribute to national healthcare efforts such as Healthier SG, Age Well SG and Social Prescribing.
What you'll do
- Lead or support planning, coordination and rollout of clinic operations and activities
- Oversee administrative work such as manpower scheduling, patient flow, inventory and facilities
- Work with clinical, nursing, allied health, diagnostics and service teams to keep operations smooth and care quality high
- Spot chances to improve workflows, productivity, service standards and efficiency
- Help develop and put in place new policies, initiatives and improvement projects
- Take part in service excellence and quality improvement efforts for patients and staff

- Exposure to projects across polyclinics and headquarters, including workforce planning, learning and development, service and digital transformation, policy and workflow redesign, new polyclinic development, and business continuity and emergency preparedness
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, resilient and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about healthcare and improving patient outcomes
