You will identify and engage potential retail tenants through market research, networking and proactive outreach. You will guide and mentor a team, supervising the execution of leasing strategies to maximise rental income and occupancy rates. You will finalise lease agreements and other essential documentation. You will build relationships with diverse stakeholders and use strong negotiation and communication skills.
