About the role
Certis is an outsourced services partner delivering smart, integrated solutions across security, facilities management and customer experience, headquartered in Singapore. This role sits within the programme management function and oversees application software and solution delivery from start to finish. It suits someone with a technical background in application development who is comfortable managing vendors, stakeholders and operational technology initiatives.
What you'll do
- Manage assigned projects and programmes across the full lifecycle, following Programme Management Office policies and standards
- Ensure application software and solutions are delivered within scope, budget, schedule and quality expectations
- Run projects and programmes holistically so intended benefits and business value are realised
- Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to conceptualise, design, develop, test and deliver secure application software and solutions
- Proactively manage project, programme and operational risks and issues, and challenge the status quo for continuous improvement
- Act as system custodian representing system owners on technological matters, working with technical partners and stakeholders to keep systems robust, resilient and compliant
- Organise, clarify and present technical aspects of systems and solutions for projects and programmes
- Partner with business units on Ops-Tech integration and other technological initiatives addressing business needs and operational challenges
- Provide technical support and expertise on projects, programmes and other technical matters when consulted
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer

Requirements
- Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 3 to 6 years of experience in application development
- Coding knowledge or experience preferred
- Familiarity with project management methodology and the software development lifecycle is an advantage
- Familiarity with web and mobile programming and mark-up languages preferred
