About the role
Yishun Community Hospital is a 428-bed community hospital providing intermediate care for patients recovering from illness who do not need acute-care intensive services. The focus is on helping patients regain health and daily function through therapy and education, in a hassle-free and healing environment. This role suits medical professionals who want to manage sub-acute and rehabilitative patients while working closely with senior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
What you'll do
Take total management of sub-acute and rehabilitative patients under your care
Work in collaboration with senior doctors and other healthcare professionals
Provide medical consultations
Perform on-call duties
Manage outpatient clinics
Mentor junior doctors
Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor

Part of a network that includes Admiralty Medical Centre and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital
Requirements
Basic medical degree or postgraduate qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
Registrable postgraduate qualification in Geriatric Medicine such as GDGRM, GDFM or MMed Family Medicine; MRCP is an advantage
Eligible for Conditional or Full registration with the Singapore Medical Council
Registered as a medical doctor in the country where the medical qualification was conferred and in the last place(s) of practice
At least 3 years of post-housemanship working experience as a medical officer or equivalent in the relevant discipline
Active clinical practice in the relevant specialty in the past 3 years
