About the role

Prepare monthly journals, schedules and accounting entries for review. Analyse monthly profit and loss variances and prepare commentary. Handle tenant recovery and expense forecasting and budgeting. Support monthly financial reporting and analysis for management. Work with business units and other departments on operational, capex and inter-company matters. Assist with weekly audits and SOP reviews, plus other ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

Degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
Auditing experience preferred
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy
