Accounting & Bookkeeping - Associate

About the role

You will support the Accounting Services team in helping clients meet their accounting and compliance requirements. Duties include general ledger data entry, coding accounts payable and receivable invoices, preparing cheque payments and expense claim reimbursements, and preparing statutory financial statements. You will also coordinate with clients on day-to-day accounting matters and manage deliverables to meet agreed timelines. The role suits someone with solid accounting concepts who is meticulous, organised and enjoys working with numbers.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree with solid accounting concepts
• ACCA graduate or currently pursuing ACCA or other accounting-related courses
• Experience handling a full set of accounts and compiling statutory financial statements
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
• Meticulous, organised and possesses a flair for numbers
• Knowledge of Sage 300 and Xero preferred
