About the role

Join the Finance team at a global luxury group as an Accounting Intern, where you will help document key financial processes and create easy-to-follow guides for users. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented student who wants hands-on exposure to accounting within a large luxury organisation.

What you'll do

Help document existing accounting processes such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Tax, and Financial Reporting.
Map workflows, note key controls, and write standard operating procedures to support accuracy and compliance.
Work with finance colleagues to collect information and confirm process steps.
Create clear, user-friendly guidance and training materials for business users on the Concur expense system.

Spot common user issues with Concur and develop practical resources to address them.

Possibly help run small training sessions or workshops on Concur for business users.

Provide general support to the finance department on different tasks and projects.

Assist with data entry, reconciliation, and analysis for month-end and year-end closing.

This is a full-time internship based in Singapore.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles such as debits/credits and financial statements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
