Develop and execute product plans, strategies and tactics for a suite of affluent card products. Manage the product lifecycle from acquisition through early engagement and optimise portfolio performance. Create product roadmaps aligned with wealth management business objectives, using market data and competitive benchmarking. Partner with stakeholders across business lines to grow market share among affluent customers. Track KPIs and analyse data to improve product performance, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.
