About the role

This is a one-year contract role acting as the agency business partner and design lead for Prudential's flagship digital agency platforms. You will work across Tech, Digital Enablement, Data, Group Agency and agency leaders to make sure digital initiatives are shaped around real agency needs and adopted well. It suits someone with a digital product ownership or distribution transformation background in financial services who enjoys influencing across functions.

What you'll do

Lead business design, requirements and standards for digital initiatives tied to agency productivity and recruitment
Turn agent and leader needs into scalable, fit-for-purpose platform features

Lead business requirements design, UAT, release readiness, defect management and platform performance evaluation

Define adoption criteria and check features deliver business value

Coordinate delivery across Digital Enablement, Tech, Data, Finance, Group Agency, Group Tech and agency stakeholders

Align roadmaps and execution cycles across functions to prevent bottlenecks

Keep structured communication going so roadmaps, timelines and dependencies stay aligned

Drive adoption strategies, segmentation insights, training plans and behavioural nudges to embed digital usage

Give insights and recommendations to improve feature design, usage behaviour and platform performance

Partner with agency leaders to ensure solutions are used effectively

Support the Head of AST in business planning, QBPR, steering committee and performance reporting

Help provide structured updates and insights to CAO, CITO and CSTO stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Digital or a related field
6–9 years in digital product ownership, agency or distribution strategy, or transformation in financial services
Proven record leading digital delivery with cross-functional stakeholders
Strong grasp of agency sales dynamics and frontline needs
Product ownership and digital design capability
Cross-functional influence and stakeholder management skills
