About the role
This role sits in Micron's Generative AI Center of Excellence and focuses on redesigning large manual business processes into autonomous, AI-driven systems. You will work alongside business teams, IT architecture, security and project groups, taking projects from initial redesign through to delivery. It suits someone who blends process analysis with hands-on AI systems engineering.
What you'll do
- Map current-state processes, quantify effort and risk, and run eliminate, simplify and agentify analysis before automation
- Design future-state flows and AI architecture, covering task and agent decomposition, orchestration, tool and data access, memory and context strategy, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Turn inventions into buildable solutions by developing agent workflows, prompt and context strategies, integration requirements and evaluation criteria, following Secure by Design and data-classification standards
