About the role

This role sits with an aircraft manufacturer's marketing team in Singapore, covering airline accounts and campaigns across APAC, mainly South East Asia and the Pacific. You will handle your own accounts while supporting Directors on larger ones, and report to the Head of Marketing APAC. It suits a marketing professional with aviation or OEM background who enjoys complex, multi-stakeholder work.

What you'll do

Manage all marketing activities for assigned accounts and campaigns
Support Directors on larger accounts and campaigns
Shape how customers perceive the company's products against competitors to support campaign success and pricing
Build a deep understanding of airline needs, aviation market trends, business drivers, fleet and network plans, and revenue models

Develop marketing strategies and commercial rationale to create and convert business opportunities

Act as the focal point for the Customer Account Director or Global Account Manager on marketing activities

Coordinate and support multidisciplinary teams to meet objectives

Build relationships with customer counterparts

Present to customer audiences up to senior management levels

Represent the customer's voice internally and feed market requirements into product development

Work with other marketing and company teams to strengthen analysis and argumentation

Demonstrate strong ethics and compliance behaviour

Requirements

At least 5 years of similar experience, preferably with an aviation OEM or related field
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline
Able to manage complexity
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
