Review additional property tax payable by tenants to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms. Work with asset managers, account managers and tenants on the clawback of additional property tax. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc leasing reports, management reports, budgetary controls and budgets. Support system security controls, data integrity management and IT-enabled initiatives. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and valuation exercises, and monitor the operational and financial performance of portfolio assets. Conduct market research, competitor analysis and data analysis to support asset business plans and management reporting.
