When
You will support the Singapore Capital Markets team in executing buy and sell side real estate transactions. Your work includes financial modelling such as discounted cash flow and sales comparable analysis, and reviewing client or operator cash flow projections. You will help prepare proposals, marketing materials and information packages for sell side deals. You will also assist with due diligence on legal documents, titles and management contracts, and research real estate market fundamentals. The role involves advising on and managing collective sale exercises for condominiums, commercial, industrial and mixed-use strata-titled developments.
