When
You will support Hilton's growth across Asia Pacific by delivering market insights and investment analysis for new hotel opportunities. Your work includes market studies, feasibility assessments, impact analyses, contract valuations, cash flow waterfalls, and investment NPV and IRR calculations. You will build and maintain financial models and prepare clear reports and recommendations for internal stakeholders. You will also meet with senior executives to present findings and work closely with Lead Underwriters across the region. The role is based in the Singapore Area Office with moderate travel within APAC.
