Analyst, Financial Systems & Projects - Asia Pacific (12 months' contract)

About the role

You will support the SUN AWS Migration and PEP Deployment programs across the Asia Pacific region. Your role involves reviewing migration data, tracking issues and risks, coordinating testing and deployment activities, and maintaining project documentation. You will work closely with hotel finance users, regional project teams, and vendors to ensure successful system adoption and post-implementation support. You will also prepare project status updates and assist with cutover and stabilization activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, financial systems, systems implementation, business analysis, or related disciplines
• Familiarity with hotel finance operations and financial or enterprise systems
• Experience in data review, testing, issue tracking, process documentation, and project status reporting
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
