About the role
You will join the Wealth Solutions Operations team in Singapore, providing end-to-end governance and control of operational processes for wealth management products supported by GBS and WSO hubs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders across corporate actions, settlements, asset transfers, account maintenance, tax operations, balance sheet substantiation, nostro, and sundry and suspense reconciliation. It suits someone with strong governance, risk, and control experience in wealth management and financial markets operations.
What you'll do
Support the Singapore franchise's growth strategy to become a leading wealth manager for affluent clients.
Work with stakeholders including CMPS, Product, GBS hubs in KL and India, Contact Centre, Client Experience, Compliance, Finance, and auditors to meet business and operational efficiency targets.

Assist in collating, preparing, and submitting weekly and monthly key MIS and project updates to management.
Review DOIs from country and GBS teams and perform balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation for Wealth Solutions account balances.
Validate and attest sundry and suspense accounts against WM TPSS on a daily and monthly basis.
Manage preparation, printing, and mailing of advice and contract notes.
Process general queries covering account opening and tax operations.
Support the Country Process Owner in managing operational risk, including identifying, assessing, mitigating, monitoring, reporting, and escalating operational and technology risks.
Assist the Head of WSO SG in governance of processing hubs (GBS KL, India, WSO SG), custodians, and third-party service providers, including service and periodic risk reviews.
Manage queries related to governance, tax, regulatory, and statutory issues.
Display exemplary conduct and adhere to the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding high ethical standards, including regulatory and business conduct.
Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters collaboratively.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in governance, risk management, and control oversight across wealth management and financial markets operations
Strong expertise in corporate actions, settlements, reconciliations, FATCA/CRS compliance, sanctions screening, data privacy, and capital markets products
Proven ability to strengthen controls, manage risk, and drive operational excellence
Strong experience in custody and asset servicing operations, including safekeeping, income processing, tax operations, and SWIFT messaging
Successfully led process improvements, enhanced compliance frameworks, improved client outcomes, and leveraged digital innovation, automation, and AI
Product knowledge of capital market products with expertise in mutual funds, unit trusts, structured notes, and equities
