About the role

This is a vice president role in the Asia Citi Treasury Investment (CTI) Business Unit Management team, supporting the CTI Asia Funding desks in Singapore and Hong Kong. The position provides daily support and insight, tracks activity and performance against plan, and builds analytical tools for granular views of generated economic value. It suits an experienced banking or financial services professional with treasury funding exposure and strong risk and control discipline.

What you'll do

Carry out daily, monthly and annual risk and control monitoring
Ensure the desk complies with local and global regulations

Set up, coordinate and test the MCA process

Monitor and analyse desk P/L, including preparing month-end P/L reports

Establish controls and a governance framework for the legal entities

Work with the wider CTI Analytics team on broader projects

Communicate with Singapore, Hong Kong and New York management, ICRM, Audit, Controllers and the In-Business Risk team

Handle ad-hoc requests and problem-solving activities alongside daily BAU compliance monitoring

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in a banking or financial services organisation
Treasury or treasury funding experience
Proficiency with standard analysis tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Thorough knowledge of balance sheet and P&L fundamentals
Bachelor's degree, potentially a Master's degree
