You will act as the primary regulatory coverage lead for the Global Investment Assessment Unit covering Private Bank and Consumer business in Asia, and support EMEA CPB on regulatory change management. You will work closely with Investment Products teams and Insurance to map regulations against current processes, conduct gap analysis and develop action plans to meet regulatory guidelines. You will partner with first and second line of defence teams to challenge and monitor business adherence to laws, regulations and internal policies. You will also assess the effectiveness of existing controls, drive corrective action plans and ensure adequate governance on overdue action plans.
