Lead daily bar operations by overseeing service on the floor and ensuring guests receive warm, attentive and polished hospitality. Coach, train and brief the bar team, maintain service and grooming standards, and handle guest feedback and service recovery. Work with the Beverage Manager on scheduling, manpower planning, inventory, cost control and daily administration such as cash handling, banking and shift reports. Maintain cleanliness, safety and presentation across the bar and guest areas, and support improvements to guest experience and team effectiveness.
