When
You will support the management of a commercial property, overseeing daily building operations, engineering and compliance matters. Duties include managing budgets, forecasting, billing and collection, as well as procuring and administering building services contracts. You will supervise staff and contractors, ensure maintenance works are completed on time, and implement a planned preventive maintenance programme. You will also handle tenant fit-out coordination, fire safety compliance and tenant liaison to maintain satisfaction and retention. Reporting to the client and senior management on asset plans and performance is part of the role.
