You will support senior management in developing and implementing strategies for community mental health services. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of service teams, manage budgets, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders and funders. You will also be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, and for building relationships with external partners and government agencies. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
