About the role

Lead agile engineering teams to build digital products that support Singaporeans' career and lifelong learning goals. Provide deep architectural and technical leadership while driving team growth, engineering standards, and delivery excellence. Collaborate with product and UX leaders to shape product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Mentor engineers, grow leaders, and manage performance and professional development. Identify resourcing needs and drive hiring for your organisation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years in engineering leadership roles
• Experience running medium to large teams (10+) with multiple tracks of execution
• Strong technical background in system design and modern architecture
• Experience with modern full-stack technologies (NextJs/React, Java/Kotlin/TypeScript preferred)
• Strong engineering practices, quality and security mindset
