About the role

You will provide strategic financial leadership and partner with business divisions and corporate finance teams on financial planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting. You will lead a team of Finance Business Partners, advise senior management, and act as the bridge between finance and operational teams. You will drive improvements in financial planning and management processes through data, analytics and automation. You will also oversee month-end and year-end financial activities, provide financial performance reporting, and support decision-making with forward-looking insights.

Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or relevant professional accounting qualification
At least 12 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience in people management
Experience as a Finance Business Partner in a fast-paced ICT organisation preferred
Strong presentation and storytelling skills
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
