About the role

Science Centre Singapore is hiring an Assistant Director to lead the New Science Centre building project on a two-year contract. You will join the Management Team and oversee the full construction lifecycle, working alongside the JTC Public Project team who act as government-appointed project managers. This role suits a dependable, highly organised construction or project management professional with a strong record of delivering building projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building and Project Management, or equivalent professional qualification
Well-versed in construction methodologies and procedures
Good track record and experience completing building projects
At least 7 to 10 years of relevant building and project management experience
At least 4 years in a managerial and supervisory capacity
Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
