When
You will lead end-to-end transformation projects, planning, executing and monitoring them to meet milestones and KPIs. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to align policy and operations, map workflows, analyse data and develop solutions. You will prepare and present updates and recommendations to senior leadership, and provide secretariat support for task forces and departmental meetings. You will also scan emerging technologies and care models, oversee communication materials, support strategic planning and performance management, and supervise one direct report.
