You will lead operations for the upcoming Eastern General Hospital, covering data protection governance, hospital operational readiness and divisional administration. You will work with the Data Protection Officer, SingHealth Data Protection Office, external legal advisors and other stakeholders to strengthen governance frameworks and ensure compliance with data protection requirements. You will drive operational readiness by developing integrated workplans, milestones and timelines, monitoring deliverables and interdependencies, and resolving risks and issues. You will also oversee divisional administration and resource planning, including workplan and budget management, operational and patient support analytics, workforce coordination and capability development.
