Assistant Director, Part-Time Work-Study Degree Programmes

About the role

You will lead the management and development of NTU's Part-Time Work-Study undergraduate programme portfolio. This covers end-to-end programme operations including marketing coordination, admissions, programme administration, student servicing and graduation processes. You will work closely with Colleges, Schools, faculty and central administrative units to ensure smooth operations and compliance. You will also develop new programme proposals with government agencies, professional bodies, employers and industry partners, and support outreach and recruitment activities. The role includes leading and supervising a small team, as well as overseeing reporting, data consolidation, quality assurance and accreditation matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university
• Relevant experience in programme management, higher education administration, continuing education or partnership development
• Ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders and competing timelines
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising or guiding staff
