Assistant Director, Platform Infrastructure Engineering Management, HealthCare

About the role

Lead the engineering, automation, resiliency, and operational maturity of critical infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale digital services. Provide technical leadership across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, automation, observability, and infrastructure reliability. Guide engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive platform modernisation. Partner with infrastructure, security, operations, and application teams to improve operational readiness and cloud-native adoption.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong experience in infrastructure/platform engineering and cloud operations
• Deep hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, networking, and infrastructure automation
• Strong experience with Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and GitOps practices
• Experience designing and operating observability and monitoring platforms
• Strong understanding of resiliency engineering, SRE concepts, and production operations
