Lead the technical architecture and end-to-end development of the GAIMx Generative AI platform across SingHealth and Duke-NUS. Establish AI development best practices and build reusable, secure AI components including domain-specific foundation models. Manage internal and external development teams while mentoring engineering and data science staff. Collaborate with clinicians, data stewards and compliance teams to align technology with clinical outcomes. Architect scalable, secure cloud solutions and integrate clinical, research and operational systems using healthcare data standards.
