You will join the Fragrance & Beauty Marketing team in Singapore, supporting CRM and e-business initiatives to deliver seamless client experiences. You will analyse CRM and e-business performance, lead test-and-learn projects, and manage client communication journeys across email and SMS. Working with local and regional teams, you will drive CRM strategies for Singapore, travel retail, and export markets such as Indonesia and the Philippines. You will also support campaign assets, website content, and retail events to ensure consistent brand execution.
