About the role
You will supervise a team of in-house and outsourced staff carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems, including large water-cooled chillers, water pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation fans, tunnel ventilation and booster fans, and Local Sequential Controllers. The role sits with SMRT Trains, which runs Singapore's MRT network, and suits someone comfortable leading maintenance work in a safety-critical rail environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare and submit monthly work schedules, and make sure all monthly maintenance work orders are planned, completed and closed on time
- Ensure all work follows statutory codes of practice, approved work instructions and method statements, the work safety manual, quality procedures and the quality assurance system
