About the role
You will oversee a team of in-house and outsourced staff carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on Environmental Control Systems and Electrical, Mechanical and Fire systems. The equipment includes large water plant systems, mechanical ventilation fans, tunnel ventilation and booster fans, Local Sequential Controllers and fire protection systems. This role suits a hands-on engineering professional who is organised, safety-conscious and comfortable coordinating with contractors.
What you'll do
- Prepare and submit monthly work schedules, and make sure all monthly maintenance work orders are planned, completed and closed on time.
- Ensure all work follows statutory Codes of Practices, approved work instructions and method statements, the company Work Safety Manual, Quality Procedures and the Quality Assurance System.
