About the role
This role supports the engineering and maintenance function at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, helping to keep the building, grounds and physical plant in good shape with a focus on safety, security and asset protection. You will help manage budgets, capital projects, preventive maintenance and energy conservation, and assist in leading the emergency response team. It suits someone with a technical maintenance background who is comfortable with both hands-on facilities work and leading a team.
What you'll do
Manage the physical plant, including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems
High school diploma or GED with 3 years experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, plus technical training in HVAC-R, electrical or plumbing
Or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics or a related major with 1 year experience in engineering and maintenance or a related professional area, plus technical training in HVAC-R, electrical or plumbing
