Assist the Director of Housekeeping in managing and supervising the housekeeping team to deliver a seamless guest stay. Conduct room and public area inspections, plan manpower based on occupancy, assign duties, and coordinate with Front Office and other departments. Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, uniforms, equipment and contractors such as laundry, pest control, public area cleaning and landscaping. Handle guest feedback, coach and review team performance, conduct training and briefings, and ensure safety, brand and sustainability standards are followed.
