Assistant Manager (Accreditation and Licensing), Eastern General Hospital Planning Office

You will assist the unit head in the operational management of the Accreditation and Licensing department. You will develop the hospital's management systems to meet accreditation and management standards, and implement controls to ensure regulatory compliance, including non-clinical aspects of the Healthcare Services Act (HCSA), relevant ISO standards and applicable international and local standards. You will scan and implement best practices in management standards, document control and internal audits. You will develop and conduct training programmes and oversee supporting IT systems such as e-Audit. You will also assist in leading tabletop exercises and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and independent auditors to ensure licensing readiness.
