Assistant Manager -CCMS Engineering

What you'll do: • Lead Niagara programming, configuration, development and troubleshooting • Develop and maintain CCMS graphics, dashboards and user interfaces • Integrate systems with HVAC, electrical, metering and third-party platforms • Troubleshoot BACnet, Modbus and IP communication issues • Review and optimise system architecture for reliability and scalability • Maintain point naming conventions, tagging standards and engineering databases • Ensure engineering changes meet standards and governance requirements • Maintain control logic documentation and system architecture drawings • Evaluate and optimise control sequences and Sequences of Operations • Improve HVAC performance, occupant comfort and system reliability • Manage override governance and reduce persistent overrides • Conduct engineering reviews of control strategies and operational logic • Support TAB activities and performance validation • Lead deployment and enhancement of Fault Detection & Diagnostics systems • Develop fault detection rules for critical HVAC and utility systems • Conduct fault analytics, trend analysis and root cause investigation • Develop predictive maintenance and condition-based monitoring strategies • Establish performance dashboards and analytics reports • Support AI-driven analytics and machine learning initiatives • Develop energy monitoring dashboards and performance reports • Identify energy-saving opportunities from system performance data • Support Green Mark, sustainability and decarbonisation initiatives • Validate and quantify savings from controls optimisation projects • Collaborate with Operations and Facilities Engineering on energy efficiency • Drive continuous improvement to reduce utility consumption • Lead Niagara modernisation and platform upgrade initiatives • Support Digital Twin implementation and integration • Evaluate emerging smart building technologies • Lead proof-of-concept evaluations for new technologies, sensors and software • Support wireless sensor deployment and advanced analytics integration • Recommend innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency • Lead DDC controller migration initiatives across the property • Develop migration strategies, implementation plans and technical standards • Coordinate factory testing, site testing and commissioning activities • Manage technical risks, project milestones and implementation schedules • Maintain migration inventories, lessons learned and project documentation • Lead CCMS enhancement, upgrade and integration projects •
