You will manage clinical programmes and projects, working with clinicians and external stakeholders to meet goals and KPIs. Your duties include setting up workflows and processes, supporting medical manpower planning and junior doctors' matters, and helping with clinical department strategic planning. You will also handle data extraction, analysis and dashboard development, and prepare reports and presentations for management and government bodies. The role involves audits, clinical tracers and on-site support as required.
