About the role

This role sits in the communications office of NUHS Population Health & Community Care, supporting how population health and community care work is shared with the public. You will work with the Senior Assistant Manager and Head of Communications to turn plans and narratives into stories, visuals and materials across digital, print and internal channels. It suits a creative, organised communicator who enjoys making complex health topics easy to understand.

What you'll do

Write clear, engaging content in formats such as articles, newsletters, social media posts, speeches and presentations
Turn complex healthcare and population health ideas into relatable stories for different audiences
Craft stories showing programme impact, partnerships and resident outcomes

Develop visual and multimedia content such as videos and infographics with internal teams and vendors

Support development and rollout of communication materials for population health programmes

Tailor content for residents, partners and internal stakeholders

Keep messaging, tone and branding consistent across materials

Create and curate content for internal platforms including newsletters, staff communications and the Intranet

Support communications for partner engagement initiatives, events and outreach activities

Gather content, stories and updates from stakeholders for dissemination

Support media and public communications, including drafting media materials and monitoring coverage

Help manage digital platforms and content updates

Coordinate timelines and deliverables for communication projects and materials

Work with vendors such as designers and videographers on content and collateral production

Ensure outputs are delivered on time and to quality

Requirements

Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
Able to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content
Good visual sense and appreciation for design
Able to develop visual content
Able to follow and execute communication strategies and plans
