When
You will support the unit head in the operational management of the Crisis Planning & Operations department. You will design and implement crisis preparedness strategies, emergency response frameworks and business continuity plans covering civil and national emergencies, disease outbreaks, fire safety, emergency evacuations, and VVIP and field medical team deployment. You will lead risk assessments, tabletop exercises and simulation drills, and coordinate with internal departments, external agencies and emergency services. You will also support the hospital's operational readiness, activation and transition plan, monitor evolving risks, advise leadership on preparedness, and ensure compliance with national standards and regulatory requirements.
