About the role

Assist the Facility Manager in overseeing integrated facility management for a university project. Manage the operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, and supervise site supervisors and technicians. Plan and monitor programmed and corrective maintenance to meet contract KPIs and milestones. Handle helpdesk operations, prepare monthly reports, and update SOPs and manuals. Coordinate with clients, vendors and stakeholders, and support energy management and workplace safety initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Estate/Facilities Management, Building Science or equivalent
At least 8 years of relevant working experience
At least 3 years of supervisory experience
Good M&E knowledge and experience
Good spoken and written English
