Assistant Manager, DIMCT (Contract)

About the role

You will support the innovation office's grant management, stakeholder partnerships, communications and programme execution. Duties include serving as secretariat for grant, project and utilisation tracking, and supporting budget activities and reporting. You will lead partnerships with local and global collaborators, managing the full lifecycle of grant applications, communications, presentations, documentation and reporting. You will also design and run innovation outreach events and education activities, manage day-to-day office operations, and handle EDMs, social media content, publicity plans, website and Infopedia pages. You will assist Principal Investigators and the wider team in assessing the healthcare landscape, formulating strategy, planning training and providing analytical support.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Engineering or Biological Sciences
• At least 2 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager level
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Assistant Manager level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, graphic design software and social media content creation
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, financial and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
